Does anyone have a templete of a tractor cupcake cake ? She wants it the shape of the John Deere. I can picture it in my head, just don't know where to start.

For cupcakes cakes I would draw a base template, or print out a picture of the shape you want you cupcake-cake to be. Printing out a pic would probably be too small, but you could at least have a pic to start with and draw the outline from that.
Outline the pic on the cake board and then arrange the cupcakes so that they fit in as tight as possible. When you have the shape you want, dab some frosting on the bottom of each cupcake and "glue" it into it's place.
