Found a commercial kitchen $250/month for 12 hours per week.
I don't know. In all of my excitement of the moment when I met the owner it sounded good, but not so much right now. What do you all think?
Maybe I'm just burned out, did two wedding cakes this weekend for free. Nobody even paid for supplies but I didn't expect them to either, it was my gift.
$250 a month for 12 hours a week is a great bargain! That is 48 hrs a month which makes your per hour rate $5.21! Most commercial kitchens charge $25 per hour. Which if you use that rate at 48 hrs a month you would be paying $1200 a month for the same amount of usage. $250 is a steal!
Wow! I have a friend who'd take that deal in a second. She's been looking to rent kitchen space somewhere. Where are you??? LOL!
I say take it - you can easily pay for your month's rent with one cake!!
If I had the extra money and knew that I could fill the month with orders I'd jump on it too. That's a great price! ![]()
Sounds like a great deal!
Good Luck with your decision ![]()
