I have an order for a dozen banana cream cupcakes with strawberry icing and filling.
I need GOOD strawberry icing and filling recipes.
Preferably thick ones

There are several good Srawberry filling , frosting and fruity fillers in the recipe tab....Good Luck

I just add chopped straberries and strawberry compound (or you could use liquid flavor) to my SMBC... yummy!! Or for a filling i use dr otekers(sp) strawberry mousse with heavy whipping cream....
