They want edible everything. Buttercream icing and fondant bows/ribbon and gumpaste flowers. They want to serve 80 people
A 10x7x4 will make that configuration for about 80 servings.
I'd charge $3.50 times 80 plus maybe $50 for the flowers--or maybe just charge $4.00 per serving and that allows forty bucks for the flowers however you wanna slice & serve it. $330 - $350 ish give or take a few.
