Anyone have a good cream cheese frosting recipe that is a decent consistancy for decorating?

Thanks so much!

Go to Earlene's website. Forgot the actually website but if you google Earlene's cakes you should get one. She has a good cream cheese icing recipe. I decorate with it and haven't had any problems.

I'm not at home right now, but I do have a very good CC recipe.

Basically, it's just a combination of cream cheese, sugar, milk and a little unsalted butter (along with whichever flavoring you like). A little lime or lemon juice also gives it a kick! thumbs_up.gif

I have bee using the recipe that nglez09 listed for over a year and I get more requests for it than any other icing I make. It is very easy to decorate with also.

There is a great recipe on Wilton's website. I was even able to decorate with it (I added some powdered sugar to pipe with it). The people that ordered it LOVED it!
