I was going to post a question about the same subject.
I found this book on B&N web site;
"Simply Spectacular Cakes: Beautiful Designs for Irresistible Cakes and Cookies by Peggy Porschen"
The cover is the same as ":Cake Chic" but as you can see the name is different.
I was wondering is it the same book or not?
