Okay I know I posted earlier which is a good fondant. The truth is I am leaning towards Fondx or Satin Ice. Global has both and I just want some feedback on which tastes better.

Personally, I like satin ice

I personally prefer the taste of Fondx. To me, Satin Ice has that chemical taste.

I've only used Satin Ice, and I didn't think it was that bad, but I would have to agree with Rylan on the taste, couldn't quite figure it out, but that description pretty much nails it for me too.

That's the only brand I've tried besides Wilton, and well, let's not talk about that. Wilton is great to work with, I really love it from that point of view, but the taste is not very nice.

I agree with mgwebb68, I think Wilton has a great consistency. Satin Ice is my preference when it comes to consistency but the taste is not my cup of tea. I do love the chocolate Satin Ice though, taste wise and texture.
