I see lots of "Dust" colors. Can I use them like wiltons food gels?

No. Dust colors are completely different. They are intended to be either brushed on dry or mixed with clear alcohol (I use cheap vodka) to make an edible paint for gumpaste and fondant.

yes, prterrel is correct. You can use the dusts dry, almost like blusher, or eyeshadow for yourself, but you brush into the covered cake, Flower, what ever item your intending to colour, to give it colour, shade and luster. But you can also mix them with clear alkyfrol (Vodka is choice best, cheap is fine) to make a paint icon_smile.gif
