My fee for cupcakes are the same regardless of the event but in the case of weddings, I have to tack on a delivery fee and stand rental, if necessary.
And it depends on the design. I can do basic cupcakes with a swirl for $1.50 or fondant cupcakes with flowers fo $2.50 and up.

Basic cupcake: BC icing/swirl is $1.50
Poured Fondant is $2.50
