I have a question on MMF. How long does MMF last if I keep it wrapped 2 times and kept in a plastic container in the fridge? What if I add a chunk of fresh MMF to the older MMF? Thanks!
it should last for quite a while. most mmf recipes are basically marshmallows, ps, little water, and some crisco. all very, very shelf stable.
