can anyone help me? I need to know how to assemble an UPSIDE DOWN mad hatter cake. I can't even find a photo of one and have an order for one due next week.

do you know how to do topsy turveys without the hole method? same idea.
just dowel and support, and stack on site!
although i have to say, i dont know how well it will hold up.... so hopefully you can find someone else that has done it.
what size is it?
id keep it minimum topsy (very little shaping), and try to create the look through the decor.

If it's really large, I would put a pole screwed to the base up through the middle. You also should make sure the board under each tier is strong- like foam core instead of cardboard. icon_smile.gif

Of course, I'm thinking you're putting the biggest cakes on top, and getting smaller as you go down. Is that what you meant?? icon_surprised.gif
