can some one please help me find cake sculpture books and or dvds? online, in stores, anywhere or even cake sculpting class in Los Angeles, Ca.

I got this flyer at cake camp for a place called The Cake Canvas in Glendale. It is their 2009 class schedule. Their website is www.thecakecanvas.net, www.petalcrafts.com is also listed on the flyer. They have a sculpting class listed in their schedule. HTH
