I have a great recipe for a chocolate mayonnaise cake that tastes really good, and I wish I could use it for more things like carving or more than one tier. Is there any tricks that I can do or add anything to it that would make it a little stronger?
Ingredients are:
3 squares unsweetened choc
1 c mayo
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp vanilla
3 c flour
2 c sugar
2 tsp b. soda
1 tsp salt
2 c warm water
Just thought I would throw this out there....
