I'm new to the world of cake decorating and am learning lots here and have seen so many instructuonal dvds on decorating techniques .. but i was wondering if anyone offers any instructional dvd s about the science and methods used for baking cakes . I would like to learn more about baking and what works and doesnt work in trying new recipe combinations. tia

I've heard that the Cake Bible is also a good source for the science part of baking.
