I have some fondant people to make, and want to make them soon. they are not needed for a few weeks, is that too soon to start? They wont be for eating so im not worried about them getting hard on me. How would i store them, just in a cardboard box?

Yes, you can certainly make them now. icon_smile.gif

Here's a thread that should be helpful for making and storing them:

You can make the fondant models whenever as long as you store them in a carboard box. If you are doing them to sit over the edge of your cake, then model them over a dummie then the shape will be right.
