well if the regular 5 qt is

5 C hi ratio
5 lbs PS
and what 10-14 tbs liquid?

i would say

6 C hi ratio
6 lbs PS
and 14-18 TBS liquid

lol.

I have no clue, I have never measured, but my GUESS! would be 4 cups = 1 quart, so maybe 24 cups? I would round down to 20-22?
