how do you all make the pregnant belly

Most people bake a sheet cake. Then they bake the belly in the ball pan. Then they bake the boobs in a little glass bowl that is oven safe. Hope this helps.

I just recently asked Tamel how she did her cake as I thought it was proportioned very well. She said she used a Betty Crocker Bake n Fill ice cream cake mold. I just found one on craigslist, i am so excited. Here is the link to her cake (hope the link works)
