I've seen the banana, orange, lemon, and red velvet at Walmart. The other flavors sound really good though. I will keep an eye out for them!
I live in NJ, and here I can get the carrot, lemon, orange (sometimes) , pineapple and Red Velvet. Have never really seen the others available.
My local Walmart (Buffalo) carries
coconut
carrot
lemon
orange
swiss chocolate & pineapple (sometimes)
red velvet
I have asked on occasion for the the banana and caramel and the manager will order it for me but I have to take a whole case (12). Also you may try one of the small, non-chain type grocery stores - they're also usually very good about the special order things.
I'm not sure if you have a Kroger or Meijer grocery store in your area but they carry all those flavors. Except tres leche.
caramel-only see around holidays (I use it to make Neiman Marcus bars)
carrot
lemon
pinapple
swiss chocolate -the rest are always at Wal-Mart
red velvet
tres leche
