I want to make candle cakes for center pieces. What can I use for the candle drippings? Someone whom I talked to (sorry I forget your name) that made thi said she used just white melting choc but I am afraid it wont cut nice. Any other suggestions? I wasnt sure if a stiff ganache would work or not, I have never worked with that. I know I am behind!
you just melt it and spoon/ladle it over the candle slowly and spareling until you get the desired effect!
I understand about how to put it on. But what happens when you try to cut the cake? Does the chunks fall off?
