Can I Use Gel Color In White Chocolate Ganache?

I know that using gel color with chocolate will make it seize, but since the ganache has cream in it, will it be safe to use gel colors?

I'm not sure, but I would be nervous. I would try candy colour gel just to be on the safe side, you can use small amounts with the chocolate and it wont ruin it. Good luck!

I've made pick white chocolate ganache before for a baby shower it will be fine good luck
