Is there a cheaper sugar pump alternative out there?

Sugar pump:
can you find an inexpiensive BP cuff? If so you can detach the pum and the pipe that connect to the bladder inside the cuff,then go to your local home improvement store and go back to pluming ask for a small or whatever size you prefer brass pipe they will cut it down there for you then attach to tube from BP cuff and Tada sugar pump!
