Hi Everyone,
Does anyone have a recipe for a reduced sugar or sugar free icing? I don't need a stiff consistency, but thin/medium. One of my co-workers has diabetes and wants me to make him a cake for his birthday. We're going to use the Splenda Box Cakes and I'm doing sugar free pudding fill in the cake.
The icing has me stumped! Your input and advice would be MUCH appreciated!!
