Hi everyone,
I have a quick question. I have been asked to make brownie pops that look like baby rattles. I have searched for hours for one picture of what or how they should look. I know how I think they should look but Im not sure how to get them to that point. Can I actually roll them into balls once baked, (can they even be rolled into balls?)or must I do this with a pan? Im clueless. I need some words of wisdom please!!!

I would think you make them the same as cakeballs...after the brownies are baked let them cool, then crumble them up and use a binding ingredient...maybe some chocolate BC...and roll them into balls and refrigerate...

I think that may be what you're tlkin bout...
