Bridal Shower Carrot Cake Fondant Question

I'm making a two tier bridal shower cake, and the bride wants carrot cake. How do i make a fondant to look as gorgeous, but still go with carrot cake, like a cream cheese frosting would? Any ideas?

Thank You. I want to make a huge bow for the top piece, do i need to do anything special to the fondant to make it stand and shape right?

I usually just fill the cake with cream cheese filling and then ice it in my regular buttercream under the fondant.
