Again, Hi Ratio Shortening

Hi Everyone, I am thinking about using BC icing for a wedding cake. Will someone please tell me if CK Hi Ratio Shortening is actually Sweetex. I have never used Hi Ratio Shortening but have been reading CCers comments and believe Sweetex is the best! I live in Indiana and can order and have the Ck the next day. Would some one please help me.

Sweetex is a particular brand of hi-ratio. I think (I may be wrong though) CK is it's own brand. Like not all brands of nose tissue are Kleenex, but Kleenex is a brand of nose tissue. Ya know...icon_biggrin.gif

I think I've seen CK getting good recommedations here!
