How Many Cakes Can You Take On At One Time??

I work a full time job during the week, but last weekend I did 8 - 2 layer cakes (so baking 16 cakes 
). That's the most that I've done and it actually went pretty smoothly. I did get lucky though and they were all the same flavor. Thank goodness for that. Normally I probalby wouldn't do more than 4 or 5 and it depends on the design.
last weekend I had 7 total cakes..............one 3 layers stacked, 4 two layers stacked, and 2 were 3-D..............AND I am currently still working my full time job - on top of trying to get my shop open!!!! That pushed me SO hard, but I felt great to have them all done on time and still look good..........thank God for my mom!
