I need to make a cake with Black Magic Roses and I am having a hard time getting the fondant to come out properly. Red is too bright I mixed a little of black but it looks more like a brick red then the "Black Magic Red" I need. i bought burgandy and it is too purplelish. I don't have an airbrush so I was trying to achive the color using coloring and maybe dusts. Can some one help me out...what colors do I use and how can I get my roses to look like the ones in the picture. Thanks, Vivian

The sugar art has a dust called black magic that alan dunn used in my course with him. The color is almost the same, and would work on top of a deep red fondant
