Hello!

I need to make marshallow fondant in a grey color. I added black coloring w/ivory and it turned it dark purple. What did I do wrong? The other day I made it, but it was with regular fondant (not mm). I need it for tonight. I making a cake for tomorrow. Please help!

try adding white and black that is what I use and I get gray

Just takes small amounts of black until it gets where you want it.

I have never heard of adding ivory to the black to achieve gray. I have always read that you take white fondant, and add just a touch of black to it to get gray.
