Hello:

I am looking for a good strawberry buttercream..
would anyone be kind to share their favorite recipe...

To make any fruit buttercream, you can blend fruit jam into regular buttercream. If making IMBC, you can sub an equal amount of jam for 1/2 of the sugar and 1/2 the water in the syrup.
