Can I Use Scrapbook Embossers On Fondant?

I have some cuttlebug emboss folders that I have never used on paper. I was actually just thinking about going ahead and using them on fondant. Can I do this, or do I need to be concerned that the folders are not food safe? Do I need to worry about this?
TIA!
I use one all the time! I made the ribbon on this cake with it

and the petals for these flower cookies

I find you don't even have to dust them, your fondant just peels off!
Thanks everyone!
I will definitely take pics when I'm done...
I'm SO excited now! ![]()
