I have read that you can apply the chocolate transfer sheets onto fondant. Anyone know how? Anyone have pictures?

Christine Schnee developed this technique and has a DVD on the process

I have seen demos by her - very talented and helpful artist. She uses a craft iron and a silicone sheet to transfer the design.
