I really liked the taste of this and I used it for filling and frosting...yum!![]()
I looked at the recipe on the website again and it didn't say anything about refridgeration. The cream and butter have been cooked so I think it's ok to sit out for a bit in a cool room. I did put my cake in the fridge and the icing becomes very hard but once it sits out it softens up but does get the sweats!
