Vanilla Cream Filling

I need a great vanilla cream/mousse recipe that doesn't require refrigeration. Can anyone offer any suggestions?

I always use IMBC as a base for fillings. For a vanilla filling it's just IMBC made with 4 eggwhites, 1/4 tsp cream of tartar, 1 cup sugar, 1/4 cup water and 1tbsp + 1 tsp vanilla.
