does anyone know how to get ladybug antennae coming out of a cake like this:

Looks like the fondant is pressed onto a small wooden dowl to me.

On a ladybug as large as that one, I'd use bamboo skewers (cut down to the appropriate height), cover them in fondant, and top w/ a fondant ball. I've never made one that big, so I'm only saying what I might do. I make little ladybugs for cakes and use rice sticks for their's. icon_smile.gif
