So I've seen the bakerella cc pops a million times and it seems to be cake balls on a stick. I'm not a cake ball fan, so I'm wondering if anyone has done these with just plain mini-cupcakes?

i dont see why not - cupcake boquets are just cup cakes on a stick all together, so its totally doable.
