You can cover the dummies with plastic wrap. It makes decorating them a little more challenging sometimes but it makes cleaning them to reuse them a snap. I have done this more with buttercream than fondant though... I am not sure if you can get the fondant to stay on a plastic wrapped dummy.

Lovely cakes! I have been looking at buying some dummy cakes myself, and I am sure I read somewhere that you can cover them in plastic wrap before decorating, so all you have to do is peal it off.

I am in Wootton Bassett, you know the place it is always on the news with repatriated soldiers coming through the town on a weekly basis. Very sad.
