Does anyone make their package bows with wires? I took a gum paste class a few years ago and we mostly made flowers, but we also made some bow loops. Instead of just pinching the ends together and letting them dry and glue the bow together, a wire was put between the ends. She never actually showed us how to assemble to whole bow, but you basically wrapped the wires together with floral tape and shaped the bow. I was thinking about giving this method a try and wanted to ask here first for any advice. Thanks!
