Can I Mix These Two Chocolates For Ganache

I need to know if anyone has combined Ghirardelli bittersweet chocolate with Ghirardelli milk chocolate to make ganche and how does it taste?

I have mixed Ghiradelli dark baking chips (58%) and Ghiradelli milk chocolate chips for a whipped ganache. It was delicious! Go for it icon_biggrin.gif
