I have always refilled my cartridges but I have one that doesn't have a stopper to pull out to open for filling. There are 2 small holes but ink will not go into those. It doesn't have a label and a year ago I ran into the same problem, figured out where I had bought it and called them. Now I can't remember how they told me to do it nor can I remember where I called. I tried pushing down inside the tube where the ink comes out but the ink won't go in there either. Has anyone run into this problem and can anyone jog this old memory?
