Salt? sea, kosher, table...what do you use in your recipes?
Popcorn salt! No kidding!
It depends on the recipe. For meats, I use Kosher salt. For table use, sea salt. For baking, regular iodized salt. I have, on occasion used popcorn salt in buttercream.
