good morning, if anyone is listening. i have a question. i learned on this website how to make a pour sugar beer bottle or any bottle for that matter. but my question is this. what is isomolt excatly? can i get it out of the supermarket? and if i can what name does it go by?

I got isomalt at my local specialty cake supply store, but if you don't have one in town you can get it online at almost any cake supply site.
I used it to help make my sugar beer bottles since the humidity made my bottles sticky (I live by the beach, very humid). It definitely helped for that reason, but if you are not having that problem, isomalt is not necessary.
