I have made his Red Velvet cake before and it was a huge hit.. Think I can use the same receipe and make Red Velvet cupcakes?

Yes, you can. I do this all the time, use the same cake recipe for cupcakes. Just watch your cooking time, usually cupcakes need about 15-20 mins. HTH.

I've used the recipe for cupcakes before. They baked up totally flat for me. So if you don't care about domes then this recipe will be fine.

Where did you find the Cake Mavens recipe for Red Velvet Cake? I've been looking everywhere and cant find it. Is it possible for you to share it?
