If I keep it sealed how long can I keep it? If I end up with extra of some that I've colored how long can I save it for later use?? Seems to me like it should stay a LONG time, but would hate to use it if it's no good. Thanks for all the expert advice

If your making your own,say marshmallow fondant,mmf some people say they freeze it.I haven't tried that yet but when I make it I have been putting it in the fridge and try to use it up within 2 weeks.It would probably keep longer.I'm sure someone else will know for sure.
