Banana Wasc?

Good Morning CC,

Can anyone tell me if there is a banana version of WASC? Also what is the best & fastest way to brown bananas? I bet if I don't want brown ones that's all they would've had in the store darn it! icon_biggrin.gif

Thew only method I know to speed up ripening is to put them in a brown paper bag, try google, there may be some other tricks out there.

Put them in a brown paper bag & throw an apple in there. I can't remember what the apples emit, but it's something that speeding up the ripening process. This is why I now put my apples in a separate bowl from my other fruits!
