im done using the wilton fondant mat. it curls on the ends and when ever i try to roll out fondant it moves all over my table. even though i try to weigh it down.
what are the alternatives? sil-pat is really expensive. is that the only other option?

Buy the heavy duty vinyl in the sewing section at Walmart. It's inexpensive and works much better than the Wilton mat. HTH

Exactly what I would suggest. It's a lot more nonstick than my silicone mats.
