I was wondering if making cookies and coloring them just like Minnie Mouse will be a copyright infringement?I have a lady that wants 40 cookies..but I' not sure if I should do it.
Ask yourself this. If someone looks at your cookies will they say, "Oh, how cute - Minnie Mouse!" If yes, then it's a copyright infringement.
