I did my 1st boob cake and her skin especially around the boobs looks lumpy. I made it for my cousins 27th B-day, I say she has a bit of cellulite lol.
Can anyone give me any ideas on how I can eliminate this problem in the future?
I used marshmallow fondant with BC underneath....

I've had the same problem...w/ mine it was little lumps of the powdered sugar. I sift it now so that has helped. You can "squish" the little lumps when kneading the mmf and they'll incorporate into the fondant.
The worst one I made was when I added white chocolate clay to the mmf (I had used an off brand white chocolate) and it had tons of little wax lumps in it that were a pain to deal with. Now I use Lindt white chocolate and don't have any probs with that.
