Just ripped off some choco pan from another cake I tried tonight
I'm so frustrated right now. The first fondant covered cake I made was with satin ice and I had a wonderful experience with that brand. I wanted to try the choco-pan for a better flavor but it keeps sticking to my mat even though I did sprinkle on some cornstarch first.

Has anyone else had problems with choc-pan sticking? I'm still a newbie so I know it's going to take some time ... I'm frustrated and have decided to just go to bed and try again another time. Thanks for listening.
