Help!! Tiffany Blue And Sherbert!!!

I've been trying to get a tiffany blue and an orange sherbert color and failing miserably anyone help?

TIP: Keep from wasting your icing by testing your colors in little heaps of Crisco on a side plate.
I think I heard using teal with sky blue 3:1 ratio (can't remember for sure).
