I recently did a cake with gumpaste swans. The client told me she put them in her freezer to preserve them. Now she wants to take them out and place them in a curio hutch. Will they survive "thawing"?

The chances are slim that they will survive. It MIGHT help to let them thaw in the refrigerator and then to room temperature.

She might want you to do remakes of the gooey swans.
